At FarmrSkinCS, we take pride in the quality of our eco-leather products. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy.

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through our website farmrskincs.com.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase
  • The item must not be a customized or personalized product
  • The item must not be marked as final sale or non-returnable
  • The item must not be intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases

Conditions for Refunds

Full Refunds

We will issue a full refund in the following circumstances:

  • The product is defective or damaged upon receipt
  • The product received is substantially different from what was ordered
  • The product is returned in its original, unused condition within 30 days of delivery

Partial Refunds

We may issue partial refunds in the following circumstances:

  • The item shows signs of use or wear
  • The item is returned after 30 days but within 45 days of delivery
  • The original packaging is damaged or missing

Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
  • Items returned more than 45 days after delivery

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5 business days. Depending on your payment method and your bank's policies, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Refund Methods

  • Credit/Debit Card Payments: Refunds will be issued to the original card used for the purchase.
  • PayPal Payments: Refunds will be issued to your PayPal account.
  • Bank Transfer Payments: Refunds will be issued to the bank account provided by you.

Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at returns@farmrskincs.com or call +447791460848 to request a return authorization.
  2. Include your order number and reason for return in your communication.
  3. Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  4. Package the item securely in its original packaging if possible.
  5. Include the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  6. Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs, unless the item received was defective, damaged, or substantially different from what you ordered. In these cases, FarmrSkinCS will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please return the original item following our return procedure and place a new order for the desired item. This helps us process your request more efficiently.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the product. Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the damage or defect
  • Photos of the damaged or defective item

Our team will review your claim and provide instructions for returning the item or may offer an immediate replacement or refund without requiring a return, depending on the circumstances.

Exceptions to the Standard Refund Policy

Sale Items

Items purchased during sales or promotional events are subject to the same return policy unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase.

International Orders

For international orders, the customer is responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties that may be incurred during the return shipping process. These fees are non-refundable.

Force Majeure

FarmrSkinCS reserves the right to modify the refund policy in cases of force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or other extraordinary circumstances beyond our control.
